Brandon has been running for a seat on the school board in Jessamine County since 2020. Since that time, he’s accomplished the following:
He ran against the incumbent for his district in 2022 and lost badly.
He promoted a like-minded candidate for a seat on the school board in 2023. That candidate lost despite his opponent barely campaigning.
He recruited three terrible candidates in 2024 to challenge incumbents…and all three were beaten easily despite the incumbents barely campaigning.
He proudly supported Amendment 2, which would strip funds from public schools, and was soundly rejected in Jessamine County.
He led an effort to deceive voters in Jessamine County into thinking the school board had raised their taxes (it hadn’t) so the district would have nearly $400,000 less in funding. Not surprisingly, his effort failed.
So now he’s running for school board again.
